WWE has been able to get some major names into the company over the last few years as they continue to deepen their rosters. From seeing Penta make the jump from AEW to WWE as well as seeing the likes of Guilia and Stephanie Vaquer both debut on WWE NXT, the men’s and women’s rosters are getting to the point where they are full of superstar names. Let’s take a look at one of the most recent signing that has officially joined the company and what it means for them going forward.
Jordynne Grace Signs with WWE
Jordynne Grace has been one of the world’s top women’s wrestlers for the last handful of years and reportedly is WWE-bound. Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp is reporting that the company has signed Grace to a multi-year contract ahead of the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble. This does not come as a complete shock as it was known that her contract with TNA Wrestling was expiring after TNA Genesis, where she lost to Tessa Blanchard.
Jordynne Grace is not a stranger to WWE as the 28-year-old appeared in the 2024 Royal Rumble and has wrestled in four matches on WWE NXT while part of the TNA roster, with the most recent being a 10-woman tag team match on the Nov. 6 episode from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. As of this writing, there is no word on which brand she will be part of or when she is going to debut as a WWE superstar but with the Royal Rumble on Saturday night, all eyes are on that match.
What has Jordynne Grace done with TNA Wrestling?
Jordynn Grace has been one of the most dominating women that TNA Wrestling ever saw with her ability to hold onto the TNA Knockouts World Championship. While a member of TNA, Grace captured the TNA Knockouts World Championship three times, the Impact Digital Media Championship, and the Impact Knockouts Tag Team Championship (with Rachael Ellering). She had a combined 787 days as champion, including 677 of them as Knockouts Champion. With the elite level of WWE’s Women’s Division, she could easily fit in on any of the three brands that the company has to offer.
With her familiarity with the NXT fanbase, do not be surprised to see her spend some time there before joining RAW or Smackdown.
