Corrections Policy

We correct errors promptly and transparently. Here is how to report one and what we do next.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Our commitment

Total Apex Media strives for accuracy in everything we publish across Total Apex Sports, Total Apex Entertainment, Total Apex Herald and totalapexmedia.com. When we make a mistake, we acknowledge it and fix it.

How to report an error

Use our contact form and choose “Correction request.” Include the article link, the specific error and, if possible, a source that shows the correct information. An editor reviews every request, usually within two business days.

How we handle corrections

  • Corrections: When a factual error is confirmed, we fix the article and add a dated note at the end explaining what was changed, for example: “Correction (October 3, 2026): An earlier version of this article misstated the score of the game.”
  • Clarifications: When a fact was correct but unclear or missing context, we revise the text and add a clarification note.
  • Updates: Developing stories are updated as new information becomes available, and we note significant updates with the date and time.
  • Minor fixes: Spelling, grammar and formatting errors that do not change the meaning may be fixed without a note.
  • Retractions: In rare cases where an article’s central premise is wrong, we may unpublish or retract it, and we explain why.

Headlines and social posts

If an error appears in a headline or social media post, we correct it there too where the platform allows, and note the correction in the article.

Questions

If you’re not satisfied with how we handled a correction request, contact us and a senior editor will review it.
