NFL Analyst, Former Cowboys QB Tony Romo Arrested on Suspicion of OWI in Wisconsin

Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current CBS NFL analyst Tony Romo was arrested Thursday on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to reports citing the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said Romo was stopped while driving south on Interstate 43 in Wisconsin and allegedly performed poorly during field sobriety tests. He was subsequently taken into custody, booked, and later released.

According to the arrest report, Romo is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 21.
