The veteran is coming off a solid regular season with the Cleveland Browns. He had 26 tackles and 3 sacks. Tomlinson has been one of the NFL’s best run-stoppers in his NFL career. He was 40th amongst defensive linemen against the run last season.

Tomlinson has been a great player since being drafted in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the New York Giants. He has 342 career tackles, 19 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. How will Tomlinson play for the Arizona Cardinals in 2025?

Arizona Cardinals Offseason Outlook

Arizona had a strong regular season and has followed it up with an active offseason. A few of the marquee players they signed are Quarterback Jacoby Brissett and Linebacker Josh Sweat. Arizona also re-signed Wide Receiver Zay Jones and Linebacker Baron Browning.

Tomlinson comes to a Cardinals defense that struggled against the run. They were 20th in the league in that department last season. Arizona has a few marquee names on its defense including Safety Budda Baker and Cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting.

Final Thoughts

Tomlinson will look to provide veteran experience to an Arizona Cardinals team that has been active this offseason. The team has bolstered its roster on both sides of the ball as they seek a return to the NFL Playoffs.
