USC fell to Ohio State on Sunday. Jaloni Cambrige scored 33 points for the Lady Buckeyes, including 16 points in the fourth quarter, to secure the win for Ohio State. She was helped by Chance Gray’s 16 points, and Kennedy Cambridge scored 14 points and four steals.

This win over USC comes right after a bad loss and two in a row for the Ohio State women’s team. They needed this win, and their best player, who is only a Sophomore, scored at least thirty points for the fifth time this season. Where do you think Ohio State will get seeded in the NCAA tournament?

USC lost this game, 88-83, but had a great game from freshman Jazzy Davidson, who scored a season-high 32 points, including six 3-pointers, before fouling out with 1.1 seconds left. She also had six rebounds and four assists. However, her effort could not compensate for the 33 points from Jaloni Cambridge or the Lady Buckeyes.

Ava Watson and Elsa Lemmilä both also had ten points as all five Buckeye starters reached double figures. Lemmilä also had ten rebounds for her third double-double of the season. This depth proved to be too much for USC. The Trojans fought valiantly.
