Welcome to April, and we are now 23 days away from the 2026 NFL Draft. One team that has had a ton of bad luck the past few years has been the Tennessee Titans. It’s hard to keep track of how much turnover that organization has had in the past few years, especially at GM and head coach.
There are a ton of rumors and speculation about who the Titans could draft, but it’s bizarre to see many mock drafters and analysts missing the big picture and many available prospects. It makes no sense, and the research heading into this draft is not handled properly. Sort of like that new logo reveal the Titans have done recently. Let’s get into the Main selection with the Houston Oilers now on the clock.
The Biggest Team Need For The Titans
The Titans are in the middle of a rebuild, and last year was just a disaster. Remind me why Brian Callahan wasn’t fired the same day Ran Carthon was on Black Monday 2024? With Robert Saleh as the Head Coach, his goal in the offseason was to improve the offense with Cam Ward and improve the defense. He’s been bringing his buddies from his New York Jets tenure, but he needs more on defense. Especially in somebody who lives his message.
With The 3rd Pick In The 2026 NFL Draft, The Titans Select – DE/EDGE Jacob Fatu (Samoan Wrestling Dynasty)
Many wondered if this pick would be another Robert Saleh or Brian Daboll buddy from their previous coaching tenure. Nope were gonna pick a guy who buys into Saleh’s key message of All Gas No Breaks. Who lives by that motto in the world, the Samoan Werewolf Jacob Fatu.
I mean, this man is straight up insane and pulls off insane moves that a guy his size should not make. He will be a useful addition to Saleh’s defense as a pass rusher, and he can motivate the locker room. His pro comparison is a combo of Bill Romanowski and Lyle Alzado. The guy can cut a phenomenal promo, and he terrifies anyone any time he opens his mouth.
See, he said the thing, he is all gas no breaks, yadadamean. Just like Saleh constantly says, he buys into the system. Fatu is perfect. With a Samoan Werewolf like Fatu, he will bring fear and motivation to keep him going to bring the Titans to success. He can stop the run, rush the passer, and put on some cool dance moves after hitting a move. He will get over on the TikToks we post.
The Titans Are Officially All Gas No Breaks
The Titans underwent a ton of changes to their program. There are two things that the Titans aim to bring to this team for 2026, and that is baldness and fear. The coaching staff brought the baldness, and Jacob Fatu brings the fear to everyone’s eyes. Heck, the security for the visiting team is going to need to be bolstered with how crazy he is and how hard he hits.
This is the most realistic choice and is guaranteed to be 100% accurate on draft day. Oh, who am I kidding? Happy April Fools, everybody. Don’t forget, if you’re a Titans fan, to get ready.
