Cam Thomas Goes Off On NBA Analyst After Being Called “Empty Calories Ball Hog”

Cam Thomas is one of the hottest names in the NBA trade market right now. After Cam Johnson was dealt to the Denver Nuggets, the focus has shifted to Thomas. The Brooklyn Nets have a slew of young players they would like to get on the court, and they hope to extract some value from Thomas. However, NBA analyst Zach Lowe revealed that the market may not be what the Nets are looking for. He said there are “mega-detractors” and some view Thomas as an “empty calories ball hog.” Thomas didn’t take kindly to that and made his feelings known on social media.

This is where Zach Lowe’s report comes from. Thomas went off on social media, responding to the quote from Lowe.

“The consenus? F*** you and the consensus. This is most likely the same consensus teams who can’t guard me and send double teams from jump ball . Why are we double teaming a guy who’s “not that good” make it make sense please.”
