Minnesota Twins Continue Tremendous Play With 11th Straight Win

Minnesota Twins

The Minnesota Twins remained red hot, recording their 11th straight victory earlier today against the Baltimore Orioles. Minnesota won 4-0 to keep stacking up the wins. Starting Pitcher Chris Paddack tossed 7 scoreless innings to help lead the Twins to victory.

Minnesota’s win streak has included six wins against the Baltimore Orioles, three wins against the San Francisco Giants, and two victories against the Boston Red Sox. Over their 11-game winning streak, Minnesota has outscored its opponents 58-29. This winning streak came as such a shock because the Minnesota Twins were not good during the first month of the regular season. They began the year 13-20. Will the Twins be able to keep winning?

Minnesota Twins Season Summary

Even with 11 straight wins, the Twins are in fourth place in the American League Central at 24-20. Minnesota’s offense has been middling this year. They are 19th in batting average, 20th in home runs, and 17th in runs scored. Center Fielder Byron Buxton has been the team’s best performer on offense. He is 15th in the league in home runs.

Minnesota’s pitching staff has been the strength of the ballclub in 2025. They are fifth in ERA, seventh in strikeouts, third in WHIP, and 10th in opposing batting average. Starting Pitcher Joe Ryan has led the staff. He is 17th in the league in ERA and third in WHIP.

Final Thoughts

The Minnesota Twins will be looking for their 12th consecutive victory in the opening game of their three-game set on the road against the Milwaukee Brewers. Minnesota is the hottest team in Major League Baseball and will look to keep it going over the weekend.
