The Anaheim Ducks erased a two-goal deficit and beat the Philadelphia Flyers 5-4 on Saturday at Xfinity Mobile Arena, with defenseman Tristan Luneau scoring the go-ahead goal early in the third period and finishing with three points.

Anaheim trailed 2-0 after the first period before scoring five of the next six goals, including two in the second period and two in the third. Judd Caulfield tied it 3-3 late in the second period, and Luneau’s snap shot at 2:00 of the third put the Ducks ahead for good. Beckett Sennecke tipped in a goal five minutes later to push the lead to 5-3 before Matvei Michkov’s second goal of the night pulled Philadelphia within one.

Michkov opened the scoring on a snap shot at 13:59 of the first period off assists from Jamie Drysdale and Trevor Zegras. Porter Martone tipped in a second goal just over a minute later to make it 2-0.

Anaheim answered with a three-goal second period. Leo Carlsson scored off a Cutter Gauthier assist at 8:38, A.J. Greer tied the game 2-2 at 13:07, and after Tyson Foerster briefly restored Philadelphia’s lead with a wrist shot, Caulfield batted in the equalizer at 16:19 to make it 3-3 heading into the third.

The decisive sequence came in the opening minutes of the final period. Luneau’s goal off a Travis Mitchell assist at 2:00 gave Anaheim its first lead of the game, and Sennecke’s tip-in at 7:10 made it 5-3. Michkov’s second goal at 8:17, assisted by Martone and Noah Cates, closed the gap to 5-4, but the Flyers could not find the equalizer.
