Arizona Diamondbacks Center Fielder Corbin Carroll has gotten off to a good start this year. This season he has four games with multiple home runs and two games with multiple triples. That puts him in rarefied air. The last MLB player to have at least four multi-homer games and 2 games with multiple triples in a full season was Willie Mays in 1955. Carroll has accomplished it in only 66 games. He is fifth in the league in home runs, leading the league in triples, and 10th in OPS. Will the star player keep up his level of play?

Carroll has been one of the best players in the league for the last three seasons. He was named Rookie of the Year in 2023 and finished fifth in NL MVP voting. He also helped guide the Arizona Diamondbacks to the World Series that season. After a down 2024 campaign, the center fielder has found his footing once more in 2025.
Final Thoughts
Carroll and the Diamondbacks return to the diamond this afternoon for the final game of their three-game set against the Seattle Mariners. He is having a season for the ages and will look to keep it going as the regular season marches on.
