Dallas Mavericks Power Forward Anthony Davis listed his Bel Air Mansion for $39.9 million. Davis’ listing might’ve put the nail in the coffin in the Anthony Davis-Los Angeles Lakers coffin. Read on for the latest.

Anthony Davis Lists Mansion For $39.9 Million

According to TMZ Sports, Anthony Davis has listed his Bel Air Crest mansion for $39.9 million. The mansion features eight bedrooms and 17,254 square feet of pure luxury. The mansion also comes with an elevator, theater, game room with a wet bar and wine cellar, home gym, barber shop, and a separate lounge.

The backyard is decked out with a lighted tennis court, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, cabanas, an outdoor chef’s kitchen, and a batting cage, along with multiple fire pits and multiple covered patios. The home even contains a custom-built children’s playhouse with HVAC and a wellness center with a plunge tub and a sauna.

Davis’ Outlook Heading Into 2025-26

Anthony Davis’ outlook appears to be positive heading into the 2025-26 NBA season. As long as he’s healthy, Davis can help the Dallas Mavericks get back on track. Davis’ veteran leadership and ferocious defense maintain relevance in the NBA.

Davis played just nine games for the Mavericks after the trade for Luka Doncic. However, Davis’ stats were solid, as Davis averaged 20 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks per game. Davis can help guide the new-look Mavericks team, alongside Kyrie Irving and No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg, this upcoming season.

Final Thoughts

Anthony Davis is set to make $54.1 million this season, $58.5 million next season, and has a player option at $62.8 million for the 2027-28 NBA season. Davis appeared to end his relationship with the Los Angeles Lakers. Hopefully, Dallas Mavericks fans won’t see Davis list a Dallas-area mansion in the near future.
