The Main Prospect The Denver Broncos Must Select In 2026 NFL Draft (April Fools Edition)
The Denver Broncos really have something with this squad. The best part with the Broncos is that the draft is fast approaching, and they can use their picks to bolster the depth of their team. The list of prospects we have, though, does not match up with any of these clickbait mock drafters and analysts. It’s bizarre, but hey, we got the main prospect we want to take. The Denver Broncos are now on the clock.
The Jaylen Waddle Trade Is Worth Giving Up Our First Round Pick
The Broncos will have to wait to make there first round pick as the organization has traded it to acquire WR Jaylen Waddle. They needed another piece on that offense, as, besides Courtland Sutton, they don’t really have a great receiver on the team. Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin got promise, but they are not the number 2 receivers. Waddle can settle into that role easily.
The Biggest Team Need For The Denver Broncos
The Denver Broncos are a very stacked team. While Bo Nix is recovering from injury and Jarrett Stidham is a scrub, this team is stacked. It’s hard to really find a weakness on this team, excluding playing games in the middle of a snowstorm. What the biggest team needs here is speed and loyalty to the community. Out of all the options to bolster the team, there is one pick that makes the best chance marketing-wise and from a PR standpoint.
With The 62nd Pick In The 2026 NFL Draft, The Broncos Select – Brenno Laumar (Dream Catcher Horse Stables)

No need to use this pick on a prospect; we are going to use the pick to draft a horse. Not just any horse, but one owned by Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic. That horse is one of the best in the world right now, winning multiple different races, and he’s got the speed to make it work.
This pick is all about loyalty, and we want Nikola Jokic to stay in Denver forever. Which is why the Broncos have a business deal. The Broncos agree to draft Brenno Laumar to the team and even become the mascot for the Broncos during games. In exchange, Nikola Jokic plays his entire career in the state of Colorado, and gets us a sponsorship with the stables and in races involved with Laumar. He loves horses; we can make this work.
Heck we will even stream Laumar’s best moments worldwide and teach the Bronco fans about the cool experience of Horse races. Heck we could partner with the Denver Nuggets to have a dual meet and greet. Nikola Jokic is there to sign autographs, and we give out signed Brenno Laumar merchandise. His signature will be in the tracks he makes with his hooves. Its an economic gain for everyone and we get the good PR story here.
What About Game Day Experiences?

Well thats simple, the Broncos will have Laumar run out during introductions, halftime, and even after the games. This horse is absolutely adorable, and we can even score in merchandise deals, too. Obviously, Jokic gets a percentage of the profits, but in our efforts, we get Jokic happy, and the fans get the experience to see an amazing horse live. Now we have to brainstorm ideas where season ticket holders can benefit.
Brenno Laumar Will Be A Legend In Broncos Country
The Denver Broncos fanbase will take this pick very well on Day One. It fits the team, and while a player could help the team, Laumar will motivate everybody to play better. The economic boost is just way too good to pass on, and the best part is the horse’s salary will be what a 2nd round rookie around this sport would have made.
It’s well spent money. Just too bad this is a complete joke and won’t happen. Happy April Fools Everybody. Although that horse is very gorgeous and it is cool, Jokic is a fan of horse racing because it’s fun.
