A 19-yard run by Dowdle on that final drive put the Panthers in position for the game-winning field goal as time expired.

To make matters worse, the Packers lost star tight end Tucker Kraft to a knee injury in the third quarter. He was carted off the field, and the initial reports from the team were not encouraging. Kraft has been a vital part of the offense as both a receiver and a blocker. In his absence, Luke Musgrave stepped up with several key catches on the game-tying drive, but the potential long-term loss of Kraft is a devastating blow.
