The Cleveland Browns agreed to a one-year contract on Thursday with Linebacker Devin Bush. Bush returns to the AFC North for 2024, a division he is extremely familiar with. Bush had 37 tackles in 2023 for the Seattle Seahawks.

Bush was drafted 10th overall of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers out of Michigan. Bush spent the first four years of his career with the Steelers before spending 2023 with the Seattle Seahawks. He signed a one-year $3,5 million contract last NFL Offseason with Seattle.
Bush has 323 tackles and two forced fumbles during his NFL career.
What Will Devin Bush Bring To The Cleveland Browns In 2024
The rich get richer with one of the best defenses from 2023, adding a former top 10 pick into the fold. Cleveland allowed the fewest yards per game in 2023 (270.2) and was the league’s best defense against the pass.
Bush is slated to be one of the starting linebackers for Cleveland in 2024 and will have two opportunities to face his former team next season.
Bush had a down year in 2023 with Seattle but will look to bounce back as he will be paired with reigning Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett.
Cleveland was a playoff team last season, and signing a player like Bush illustrates the team is not resting on their laurels this offseason.
