WWE is a few weeks away from the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event. With all the cards set to uncover, WWE has met an unfortunate situation as one of the planned Elimination Chamber superstars suffers injury. Recently, WWE SmackDown superstar Shotzi sustained a knee injury, which forced the company to look for her replacement for the qualifying match.
WWE to change plans for Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying match

Last night, SmackDown superstar Shotzi was featured in a championship match at WWE’s NXT, taping against Lyra Valkyria. Unfortunately, the match ended in a referee stoppage as the Ballsy Badass suffered a legitimate knee injury. Although the details of her injury are yet to emerge, WWE Officials helped Shotzi backstage following her injury.
As previously announced, Shotzi is scheduled to face Tiffany Stratton on this week’s Friday Night SmackDown. However, the match is now in jeopardy because of Shotzi’s injury. WWE will probably find a suitable replacement for the Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Tiffany Stratton for this week’s SmackDown.
Three superstars have already qualified for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match. Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Liv Morgan are the qualified superstars, with three more spots left. As per the reports, the current plan for WWE is to put Jade Cargill at the Australian PLE. Fans could watch Cargill competing on the red brand in a last-chance Battle Royal match for the last spot.
The Women’s Chamber match winner will challenge Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40.
What other matches are scheduled for this week’s Friday Night SmackDown?
This week’s Friday Night SmackDown will continue its Road to WrestleMania live from Salt Lake City in Utah on February 16th. WWE has announced Logan Paul vs The Miz, Kevin Owens vs Dominik Mysterio, and Naomi vs Zelina Vega for the Elimination Chamber qualifier.
Moreover, the Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns and The Rock will appear on Friday Night SmackDown to address their actions. Fans might watch a possible heated response from The Bloodline ahead of WrestleMania 40.
