Pep Guardiola ‘Happy’ Ahead of the 115 Charge Hearing

Pep Guardiola Set to Extend Reign at Manchester City Beyond 2025

Pep Guardiola has spoken ahead of Man City’s hearing over the 115 charges slammed on them by the Premier League. The Man City coach has revealed his feelings and perspectives over the hearings coming on Monday. However, the final verdict for the Monday hearing and other subsequent ones that’ll be held after the day is expected to be held early next year.

Despite this, Pep Guardiola will prepare his side to focus on the footballing tasks ahead. Man City are presently preparing for their League game against Brentford. The Cityzens will host Brentford, as they are in search of their fourth win in a row. Presently they are in the top position tied with Liverpool in the same points and goal difference. Pep Guardiola will hope his side can focus on the game ahead and not be distracted by the off-field issues the club is dealing with.

Manchester City’s coach has expressed his feelings and opinions over the upcoming hearing for Man City’s offense. The Cityzens have breached 115 offenses according to the Premier League. Which in return has made them slam these charges on them. Pep talking about it seemed unbothered and interested in seeing the outcome soonest.

Pep said: “It starts soon and hopefully finishes soon,” Guardiola said of the hearing. “An independent panel will decide and I am looking forward to the decision. I’m happy it’s starting on Monday. I know there will be more rumours, new specialists about the sentences. We’re going to see. I know what people are looking forward to, what they expect, I know, what I read for many, many years. Everybody is innocent until guilt is proven. So we’ll see.”

Pep Guardiola’s Comments

Pep Guardiola continued to share his opinion revealing that he knows that a lot of teams desired the sanctions slammed on them. However, he continued to stand his ground believing his Club was innocent.

He said: “All the Premier League teams want us to be sanctioned, that is for sure. But that’s why I say to Mr Tebas and the Premier League teams, wait for the independent panel. Justice is there in a modern democracy. It’s not more complicated than that. I don’t know if he is a lawyer or if the rest of the Premier League teams are lawyers, so I ask for that. It happened with Uefa. We believe we have not done anything wrong.”

Tasks Ahead of Man City

Pep Guardiola’s side will host Brentford at the Ahead as they hope to continue their dominance of English football. Although Brentford seemed an easy task, however, the Bees are quite a tricky team, and they’ve only lost a game this season, which is against Liverpool. The rest they’ve won.

Pep Guardiola will expect his side to take the game with a more stern approach to get the maximum needed points. After the following week, they’ll host a formidable opponent in the name of Arsenal. The Gunners who challenged them to the League twice, will be a headache they’ll after to deal with coming next week.
