The Main Prospect The Minnesota Vikings Must Select In 2026 NFL Draft (April Fools Edition)

Welcome to April, Vikings fans. After a disappointing year, the Minnesota Vikings have to figure out a way to fix the defense and the offense. Making the playoffs is a must for this franchise this upcoming year. Luckily, the NFL Draft is there for every team to select young prospects out of college to improve the team. So, let’s get into the pick here as the Minnesota Vikings are now on the clock.

The Biggest Team Need For The Minnesota Vikings

Well its hard to say what the team needs for the Vikings is, as they fired their GM, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, at the end of January. Then they decided they would find their GM after the draft. Yes, because that’s what a competent franchise would do by not getting the GM before the draft.

If the Vikings were going to fire their GM, why not do it on Black Monday like a normal franchise would do? I get that Sam Darnold was the QB that won the Super Bowl this year, but the timing of doing this is ridiculous. I swear this franchise can’t get out of its own way sometimes, just like Adofo-Mensah’s drafting history. Looking at the picks he used, there were a lot of bad ones.

Now, because of that, we have to scramble for team needs, and we have a dartboard in the office right now. Let’s find the Viking weapons and try to aim for the need here. Well, it landed on “Notable Alumni Gene Pool”. Huh, I think we know one that makes the most logical sense to make here.

With The 18th Pick In The 2026 NFL Draft, The Minnesota Vikings Select – QB Mya Lesnar (Colorado State)

Oh yeah were going deep in the archives on this one. Many forget that when Brock Lesnar left the WWE after WrestleMania XX (20) he pursued a football career, signing with, you guessed it, the Minnesota Vikings. If there was one word to describe his play in the NFL, it would be scrub. The guy barely lasted to the preseason and was released at the end of it.

While Lesnar was a scrub in the NFL, the one thing he did have was a great attitude. He made a great impression on us with his personality. Many forget we were so impressed with him that we offered an NFL Europe spot to improve, but he declined to be close to family. While many of his name would walk with an ego, he handled himself with class and dignity.

As a legend of the state, we need to honor Brock Lesnar, and a good way to do that is to give his daughter, Mya Lesnar a chance in the NFL. I mean its crazy how similar Mya looks to her father, and why not take a chance at getting Lesnar’s genes again?

One of the greatest what-ifs in Vikings history is if Lesnar had continued to pursue an NFL career, what player would he have been today? He could have done so well with the Vikings, but it worked out well for him in UFC and a return to WWE.

Mya Lesnar Is The Answer For Our QB Issues

Mya Lesnar is also a super-talented athlete herself. She is one of the best shot put players in the game, and it’s impressive seeing her throw the heavy metal ball. Imagine what she can do with a football. Which is why we will take her here and develop her skills. The potential is there, and honestly were desperate

She’s our only hope as we can’t trust the current QBs on the team. Carson Wentz has never been the same since he tore his ACL as an Eagle. Kyler Murray has a serious addiction to the Call of Duty game, and idk if he is gonna fit in. J.J. McCarthy has only had like 1 or 2 good quarters of NFL play through his career, and has a confidence issue. Mya Lesnar is the real deal and will take us to the promised land of the Super Bowl.

The Lesnar Family Will Build A Dynasty In The NFL.

This Is The Most Accurate Pick for us to make here, in fact, we are going the extra mile. We are shipping out QB JJ McCarthy to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for center Drew Moss. The current boyfriend of Maya Lesnar. That is how all in we are for her to be our next quarterback.

Well, here comes the bad news Vikings fans. This is all a joke and not reality. Happy April Fools Everybody. On a side note, if Maya and Brock are reading this, remember its just a joke. Please don’t find me because Brock terrifies the heck out me.
