Arizona State Wide Receiver Jordyn Tyson is looking to increase his draft stock with the 2026 NFL Draft exactly two weeks away. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the young wide receiver will hold a private workout for teams on April 17 at Arizona State. Where will he land?

Jordyn Tyson’s College Career

Tyson had a strong three years in college football. He started at Colorado in 2022. He had 22 receptions and 4 receiving touchdowns in a supporting role. He was forced to miss the entirety of the 2023 campaign after suffering injuries to his ACL, MCL, and PCL. He really found his footing with the Arizona State Sun Devils over the next two years after transferring to the school/

The best season of his collegiate career came in 2024. He was named Third-Team Associated Press All-American and First-Team All-Big 12 Conference with 75 receptions for 1,101 receiving yards and 10 receiving touchdowns. He was not as good in 2025, but still was a Third-Team All-American and All-Big 12. Tyson had 61 receptions for 711 receiving yards and 8 receiving touchdowns last season.

Jordyn Tyson’s Draft Stock

Even though Tyson is expected to be a first-round pick, injuries became the story of his college career. He missed the entirety of a season(2023), missed the final games of the 2024 season with a broken collarbone, and 4 games in 2025 with hamstring issues. He is undoubtedly a talented player, but his ability to remain healthy consistently can scare prospective teams away.

According to ESPN, Tyson is the No. 2 wide receiver in the 2026 NFL Draft. Mock drafts have him being drafted in the middle of the first round. The New York Jets at 16th overall and the Buffalo Bills at 26th overall are both popular spots for the young wide receiver.
