Carnell Tate is probably the top wide receiver prospect in the upcoming National Football League Draft. Tate is interesting because he only started one year at Ohio State. He is a bit of a polarizing prospect because he did not start much, ran a slow 40-yard dash time at the Scouting Combine, and played in the shadow of his teammate at Ohio State, Jeremiah Smith.
