Manchester United Are Set to Lose Their CFO and CEO Soon

The side faces the problems of the departures of two key managers, Cliff Baty the Chief Financial Officer, and Richard Arnold the Chief Executive Officer, who will step down from their posts in the next months.

On April 24, 2024, the Information that Baty was about to quit became public after the club announced his decision to leave the post holding for the last three years. United spokesperson on behalf of the club acknowledged Baty’s contribution as ‘important for establishing financial stability and said good luck for his further successes.

Within a few days after the unveiling of Baty, rumors emerged on April 27, 2024, that Richard Arnold, the club’s chief executive officer, was also on his way out. According to the sources, Arnold’s contract must terminate on May 31, 2024, which will be the end of his CEO service.

The Manchester United club solely admits that they couldn’t provide Richard Arnold with the renewal of his contract as of May, 28th of it. They should thank him for his service and have the best wishes for his future career.
