Real Madrid took on FC Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, in Madrid. The match was controlled by Barcelona as they had more possession and passes. The match defined the fate of Barcelona as El Classico was on the line. Real Madrid has been in good form in La Liga,  having lost only one match and achieving 25 victories. Therefore, they are on the top of the table.

Meanwhile, Barcelona was recently knocked out of the Champions League by PSG. Therefore, it was a great challenge for Barcelona to recover from their defeat and to prove to Madrid their rich legacy. Madrid recently won against Manchester City and knocked City out of the Champions League quarter-finals. There has been an unbeatable charisma from Madrid since the arrival of Jude Bellingham.

Madrid has been thriving against Barca in any competitions. In the El Classico Real Madrid has more amount of wins than Barcelona leaving a footmark of 105 victories and Barcelona has only 100 victories. Leaving with 52 draws.

In the 27th minute, a corner-kick was favored to Barcelona where Raphina crossed the ball and touched the deflection of Yamal. Somehow the ball almost went in across the goal line but was saved by Lunin in the ending moments. The referee decided to disallow the goal, although the decision which was made it made the fans were upset and frustrated.

After the drama from both ends ignited, Lamine Yamal crossed the ball inside the box where Fermin Lopez scored an easy tap-in and gave Barca a 2-1 lead in the 69th minute. Not long after that Vini Jr had possession through Valverde and he crossed the ball to Vazquez and the goal went in through a powerful shot of Lucas Vazquez. It was 2-2 for Real Madrid.

In the ending moments where the referee declared the additional time of 4 minutes, Lucas Vazquez crossed the ball to Joselu where he left the ball on purpose for Jude Bellingham to score. Jude Bellingham then scored a screamer in the 90+1 minute secured an epic comeback and celebrated with Lucas Vazquez. The game ended with a big victory for Real Madrid as they won back-to-back victories against their bitter rivals Barcelona.
