Houston Rockets Shooting Guard Jalen Green’s hot streak has the Houston Rockets firmly in the playoff hunt as the regular season hits the home stretch. Houston (37-35) is riding a 10-game winning streak and Green has been the driving force behind it. Green is averaging nearly 30 points per game over his last 10 games. Green was also named the Western Conference Player of the Week on March 18.
He is averaging 19.8 points per game and over five rebounds per game this regular season.
Will Green be able to shock the NBA world and help lead the Houston Rockets to the playoffs?

Green was drafted No. 2 overall in the 2021 NBA Draft out of the G League Ignite by the Houston Rockets. Green wasted no time making his mark in the National Basketball Association as he was named to the 2021-2022 All-Rookie Team. He averages 19.8 points per game and 4.1 rebounds for his career.
Green is looking to make the NBA Playoffs for the first time in his NBA career.
How Far Will Jalen Green Be Able to Lead the Houston Rockets This Season
Houston finds itself one game back of the Golden State Warriors for the final spot in the Play-In Tournament with 10 games to go. Houston’s winning streak has coincided with Houston Rockets Center Alperen ?engün suffering a season-ending injury on March 13. Green has become more of a focal point on offense with ?engün sidelined and the team has taken off.
Houston has knocked off a few playoff teams during their 10-game winning streak. This includes defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder in OT earlier this week.
Houston will have to leapfrog some of the NBA’s most high-profile teams to have an opportunity to make the NBA Playoffs. The Kings, Lakers, Warriors, and Rockets are all separated by just five games.
Houston’s final 10 regular season games feature matchups with some of the league’s best teams. They visit the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers in addition to hosting the Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat.
Green will need to keep up his high level of play to allow the Houston Rockets to sneak into the Play-In Tournament.
