TNA Impact has brought back its Feast or Fired match last week and Steve Maclin got the briefcase that no one wanted to see. Let’s take a closer look at which each wrestler received and what it means going forward.
Steve Maclin Fired on TNA Impact

On Thursday’s episode of TNA Impact, the results from the Feast or Fired match have been revealed. Trey Miguel, Steve Maclin, Eric Young, and Eddie Edwards all secured briefcases from the Feast or Fired match, and each briefcase had a different result.
One briefcase had a contract for a TNA World title match, an International title match, and X-Division title match, and a pink slip. Below are the results of each person’s briefcase:
- Eddie Edwards: TNA World Title match
- Eric Young: X-Division Title match
- Trey Miguel: International Title match
- Steve Maclin: Fired
Maclin would be asked if he had any final words after revealing the pink slip, and he would take the briefcase and walk off the set. He has been part of TNA since June 2021 and has been a champion on the brand, winning the world championship and being a two-time International Champion.
Steve Maclin reportedly signed a contract extension earlier this month, which was first reported by PWInsider. It will be intriguing to see how long Steve Maclin will be away from TNA Impact as a result of this. There is always the possibility that the extension has expired, as the length of the extension is unknown as well.
