Penta To Make Appearance on AAA World Collide: Las Vegas 2025 Show
Ah, another glorious night of professional wrestling where storylines collide, allegiances are tested, and grown men in spandex fight over shiny belts. Tonight, the wrestling worlds of WWE and AAA smash together in Las Vegas for “Worlds Collide,” and it’s shaping up to be… well, something. The action kicks off right after SmackDown at 10 p.m. ET, so grab your popcorn and prepare for a dose of beautiful, beautiful chaos.
The Enigmatic Return of Penta
Speaking of enigmatic figures, the one and only Penta is gracing AAA with his presence for the first time since April 2024. What does the man with “Cero Miedo” (Zero Fear) have up his non-existent sleeves? Your guess is as good as mine. All we know is that this legendary luchador is back, and chaos tends to follow him like a shadow.
Interestingly, while Penta makes his grand return, his old buddies, Psycho Clown and Pagano, are set to defend their AAA World Tag Team Championships. And who are they facing? None other than two of Penta’s current WWE rivals, The New Day. Oh, the delicious irony.
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been on a crusade, mourning the supposed “death” of the WWE tag team division. Perhaps a trip to Las Vegas is just what the doctor ordered to revive their spirits. A win tonight would give them their 14th tag team title reign and their first outside the WWE bubble. It would be a historic moment, but they’ll have to get through two of AAA’s toughest competitors first. Good luck with that, fellas.
His Relationship with Konnan
Now while Konnan is another piece of work, its hard to deny that both him and Penta have a very good relationship. He was the one that defended the Lucha Brothers (Penta and Rey Fenix) while they were having issues with AEW and Tony Khan. Heck Konnan even told negative stories about how they were handled in AEW. Keep in mind, its Konnan, and you have to take everything that man says with a gigantic fistful of salt.
This is the same man who once claimed that Konosuke Takeshita should stick to his nationality after doing the Eddie Guerrero dance.  Then decided to do damage control after realizing how stupid that was and claimed it was all just a joke. Yeah, so hilarious to joke about that.
Konnan may say some idiotic things on his podcast that make zero sense, but its clear he and Penta have a good relationship. Along with Penta’s history at the AAA promotion, he would easily be welcomed on there shows.
Final Thoughts – Worlds Collide Having Penta Is So Intruiging
Worlds Collide in Las Vegas is already a stacked card filled with cross-promotional drama, title implications, and the mysterious return of Penta. It will be interesting to see what will Penta do? Tonight, we find out.
