The Match Most Fans Are Looking Forward To Watch At Wrestle Kingdom 20
From the list above, there are three matches that most fans are looking forward to the most. The first is Evil vs Aaron Wolf. Especially as Aaron Wolf has gotten a ton of hype, as he is known for being a Japanese Olympic gold medalist. With this being one of his first matches with the promotion, it’s going to be interesting to see how he performs.
The second is the most obvious one, the final match of the Ace of New Japan Pro Wrestling, Hiroshi Tanahashi. For his final match to be against Kazuchika Okada as well is perfect. It is the best feud in both men’s careers and it would feel wrong if both didn’t wrestle one last time in Tanahashi’s final match at Wrestle Kingdom 20. Thank goodness for the partnership with AEW as this match doesn’t happen without it.
The third match that will steal the show is Konosuke Takeshita vs Yota Tsuji. Takeshita is one of the greatest wrestlers on the planet today and one of the main pillars to AEW’s future. Yota Tsuji has done some excellent character work in this build. Although those comments he made about how AEW is harmful to NJPW seem to be legit and should be something to worry about. No matter what, match is going to be fun.

Thank You Hiroshi Tanahashi
This is going to be a difficult watch to say goodbye to one of the greatest professional wrestlers in NJPW history. I would not be watching NJPW right now if it weren’t for Hiroshi Tanahashi. He is the one who helped me love pro wrestling internationally, and he legit saved NJPW when the company was at its low point.
This Wrestle Kingdom 20 show is going to be fun, but an emotional watch for most fans of NJPW. I want to thank Hiroshi Tanahashi for everything he gave in the ring. It’s going to be difficult saying goodbye to a legend as he transitions into his full-time duties as the President of NJPW, but its time. Go Ace!!!
