Though, it would make any future timeline of Saint-Denis to get his rematch with Dustin Poirier being pushed to a later date.

Although the possibility of a third fight with Poirier-Gaethje could put a snag in his plan, Saint-Denis is not distracted by the prospect. In the case of victory against Renato Moicano in UFC Paris, Saint-Denis will be able to put himself into further title shot contention, including a second fight against Dustin. As Dustin Poirier’s future position remains open, Saint-Denis will continue towards the top of the lightweight division.

As for the future steps of Dustin Poirier’s career, the spectators eagerly await what the next phase of “The Diamond’s” life will be, regardless of whether it is a trilogy fight with Gaethje again or another shot at the title; this isn’t the end of the road for him yet.
