Kansas City Chiefs News: Patrick Mahomes Becomes Youngest to 250 TDs
The Kansas City Chiefs have been trying to figure things out after a slow start to the 2025 season, but they have one of the best quarterbacks the NFL has ever seen in Patrick Mahomes. He has been able to do a lot of things that we have never seen before and in the first half of Week 4, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback reached a milestone that has never been done in as little time. Let’s take a closer look at what exactly it was and what it means going forward.
Kansas City Chiefs: Patrick Mahomes Throws 250th TD

Patrick Mahomes has been nothing short of unbelievable with his statistics and accolades to begin his NFL career. With his second touchdown pass of the game against the Baltimore Ravens in the second quarter, Mahomes became the youngest quarterback in NFL history to throw for 250 career touchdowns. The pass was an eight-yard throw to running back Isiah Pacheco for his second touchdown of the day.
Mahomes recently turned 30 years old and has surpassed Aaron Rodgers as the youngest to reach this feat, and has done it in just 116 career games as well. He has really put the Kansas City Chiefs on his shoulders in this game and with the return of wide receiver Xavier Worthy and this being the fourth game of a six-game suspension for Rashee Rice, the team is getting more depth at wide receiver as well. With the Kansas City Chiefs looking to get to 2-2 and only be one game out of the AFC West lead, this is going to be critical as they are getting through a difficult portion of their schedule.
Looking at the all-time list, Mahomes is now by himself in 28th place all-time with 250 passing touchdowns in his career. He has a ways to go if he wants to surpass Tom Brady’s 649 career passing touchdowns to be the most in NFL history though.
