Herro Has a History of InjuriesÂ
Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro is no stranger to the injury report. Throughout his six seasons in the league, a series of unfortunate physical setbacks have consistently sidelined him, preventing the talented player from reaching his full, uninterrupted potential.
Last season, Herro played 77 regular season games, the most in his career. Prior to that, 67 games was his highest total. Being on the court showed his value. He had career highs in points per game (35.4), field goal percentage (47.2), and points (23.9).
In 2023-2024, Herro was performing at an All-Star level before an ankle sprain forced him to miss 18 games. The year prior, his postseason was cut short after he broke his hand in the first playoff game against the Milwaukee Bucks. This history of getting hurt at the worst possible times has become a recurring theme in his career.
