Fantasy football sleepers for 2025 are already emerging as key targets for smart drafters. As draft season kicks off, fantasy managers are searching for hidden value. Every year, a few overlooked names break out and win leagues. These five players are flying under the radar in PPR formats but have serious upside based on situation, usage, and opportunity. Do not let these names slip past you late in drafts. 

Ricky Pearsall Could Rise Fast

With Deebo Samuel out of San Francisco and Brandon Aiyuk possibly on the move, Ricky Pearsall is in a great spot. He showed flashes late last year and now enters camp as one of the top targets for Brock Purdy. His ADP currently sits around 85, but that could rise if Aiyuk is traded. Pearsall runs crisp routes and already has a good feel for the offense. If he sees consistent volume, he could easily outperform his draft position in full PPR. 

Justin Fields Brings Dual-Threat Upside 

Now with the New York Jets, Justin Fields is looking to bounce back after an inconsistent 2024. He is currently being drafted as the QB23, which gives him massive upside based on his rushing ability alone. If the Jets improve their offensive line and give him time, Fields can deliver QB1 weeks thanks to his legs. He is one of the few late-round quarterbacks who could shift the balance of a fantasy team if he clicks early.

Jordan Mason Is a Deep RB Stash 

Now in Minnesota, Jordan Mason is stuck behind more established backs, but things can change fast. With an ADP outside the top 50 running backs, Mason is free in most drafts. His physical running style suits the Vikings’ scheme, and if injuries occur ahead of him, he could be in line for significant work. He has shown flashes before, and with the right opportunity, Mason could provide plug-and-play value in a position where depth is always needed. 

Theo Johnson Has Breakout Potential 

Now heading into his second season with the Giants, Theo Johnson is a name worth watching. Though his rookie year was quiet, he has the size, speed, and red-zone potential that fantasy managers look for in a late-round tight end. With the signing of Russell Wilson this offseason, Johnson could step into a larger role in New York’s passing attack. His ADP is currently outside the top 20 tight ends, making him a low-risk, high-reward pick in PPR formats. 

Jalen Coker May Surprise in Carolina 

Jalen Coker enters year two with the Panthers, and his arrow is pointing up. He saw limited snaps as a rookie but flashed enough in spot duty to warrant a closer look this preseason. Carolina’s receiving room remains wide open, and Coker has a real shot to earn more targets. With an ADP near WR65, he is being overlooked in most drafts. If he takes the expected second-year leap, Coker could be a valuable flex option by midseason.
