During the Dodgers’ game 161, they took on the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field. Yamamoto took the mound for the 18th time this year. His return has been vital to the pitching staff as he is one of the only reliant starters in the rotation at this point.
Since returning to the mound in early September, Yoshinobu Yamamoto has strung together a few quality starts. As the Dodgers work to build up his innings, he is getting back into the groove of his typical lights-out ways. His start tonight has been the longest since his return, which is a promising sight for Los Angeles.
