This WWE SmackDown was the first SmackDown after WWE Crown Jewel. It focused on Crown Jewel in many places, too. The original Bloodline has reunited and is becoming stronger day by day. The event’s most interesting show was when the former Intercontinental Champion Jey Uso came out to the ring and called out his twin brother Jimmy Uso, his cousin Roman Reigns, and his former team member Sami Zayn so they could talk about the problems that they are having after the Bloodline was divided.
Sami Zayn clarified to the original Tribal Chief that kicking him was not his intention, but things happened so quickly that he didn’t recognize who was in front of him. Zayn explained his only purpose at that time to Reigns: to help Jey Uso. Finally, the former member of Bloodline, who was kicked out of the Bloodline, said that he felt very good standing in the ring again with old friends. He said he would be returning things to the way they were.
Apology From Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns said the word sorry but Zayn did not want it from him, surprisingly he wanted it for Jey. Reigns approached Jey, and after a short break, the OTC apologized for everything that had happened. Roman Reigns said he was sorry for letting Jey waste his time on it. After sorting things out, they focused on their enemy, Solo Sikoa, and his fake Bloodline. Roman Reigns then called out Solo Sikoa as Sami Zayn left the stage.
They didn’t show up despite Roman Reigns calling out the fake Bloodline. After some time, Jacob Fatu came on the screen and said his Tribal Chief, Solo Sikoa, does not take orders from anyone and will appear whenever he wants. This whole segment was amazing, and this show took this storyline to a whole other level.
First Match of WWE SmackDown
After that, the first fight of the night was started. It was from the women’s division having a match between Bayley and Candice LeRae. We saw a change, and that was when Candice LeRae walked out, and Indi Hartwell no longer accompanied her. LeRae started it off but she was immediately dominated after some time she was able to throw a kick at Bayley but Bayley dodged it, Bayley caught her in a Slam and she went for the pin and got a two-count.
This game was quite evenly poised as far as the two teams were concerned. Bayley had the power game on her, but LeRae was more experienced and didn’t mind breaking the rules. This was an amazing match and kept the audience engaged. Both Champions got plenty of shots, which leveled the match on both sides. This time, it was complicated for LeRae to choose a winner because she could no longer count on some tricks that Hartwell helped her pull through.
Final Moments of SmackDown
At the end of the SmackDown event, Sikoa was expected to confront the real Tribal Chief. Shortly after, OTC arrived and proceeded to enter the ring, to stand at one corner while the new members of the Bloodline line stood at the other. He called out the fake Bloodline to a match for the Tribal Chief title and his Ula Fala, but Sikoa declined.
Instead, he came up with the idea of a WarGames match and added that Zayn would be his final member of the team. The Bloodline then struck a moment on Reigns as Zayn watched from the top of the ramp. The Uso brothers rushed to help Roma Reigns, but Jacob Fatu and other members dominated them, too, as Reigns was already down.
Solo Sikoa then asked Sami Zayn to kick Roman Reigns and show his betrayal, but Zayn proved himself and kicked Solo Sikoa instead. We have now got an amazing match for the War Games event, where it will be decided who will continue to have the Ula Fala. What are your thoughts about the upcoming massive event and the clash of Bloodlines?
