To begin with this week’s episode of WWE NXT, General Manager, Ava, revealed some of the important events that will take place in the October 8 show in St. Louis Missouri. It shows that the organizer could invite rapper Sexyy Red back to the show which was one of the significant points. But even more fun for fans, via satellite feed, Ava informed the audience that Randy Orton, “Viper”, and St. Louis native, will not only be there but also wrestle. Orton’s involvement will make him comeback to the ring for a much-awaited fight.
Within days, Orton publicly revealed that his opponent would be Je’Von Evans, a rising star in WWE’s NXT division. The upcoming fight is creating a lot of talk because it is the best time for Evans to prove his capabilities against the WWE legend.
Je’Von Evans to Face Randy Orton in St. Louis
As the premier episode of NXT on the CW Network inches closer, the card for the October 8 event is slowly starting to hammer itself out. Off stage, Je’Von Evans went to General Manager Ava and suggested something. He wanted to be on the show in St. Louis and offered to be booked for the card. Unbeknownst to Evans, Ava had even bigger plans for him. It was soon announced that Evans would face Randy Orton. This would be the biggest match of his career.
Evans who has been wrestling for independent circuit for tag team the singles champion joined WWE this year. His NXT television debut happened on April 9, in a wrestling match with scripts. Since then Evans has been on an upward trajectory, contending for the NXT Heritage Cup and the NXT Championship.
WWE NXT: A Battle of Experience and Youth
Standing opposite to him will be Randy Orton, arguably one of the most accomplished wrestlers for WWE. In Orton’s wrestling career the person got the winner of the fourteen times in world championship and the United States, Intercontinental, and tag team championship also. His return is a big deal, let alone that he will be wrestling in his home state of Missouri.
The match between Orton and Evans is not just a classic legend against new hope match it’s more of a generational confrontation. On the one hand, Orton is very experienced and has achievements that make him a tough competitor for Evans; on the other hand, Evans is young and has a winning streak. The fight on October 8 will be the greatest challenge for Evans so far and a triumph over someone like Orton can serve as a perfect springboard for the fighter.

Some big news came last night with Randy Orton’s return to wrestling, and his match with Je’Von Evans set for the upcoming episode of NXT on St. Louis.
