Will Bobby Lashley Join AEW In 2024?

One of the longterm wrestlers of WWE Bobby Lashley’s contract is going to expire soon. A lot of stuff is circulating on social media between the fans whether he is going to join the All Elite Wrestling(AEW). There is no doubt that he is one of the most active wrestlers on different wrestling platforms. He spent time in different wrestling promotions, making him a man with a lot of experience.

He could probably continue to wrestle for WWE, or he can join AEW, where many of the former WWE stars are performing where they are doing better than they were at WWE.

There are a lot of talented wrestlers in the (AEW ). Adding Lashley to the mix could be fun. He’s followed many storylines in his time with WWE and has experience as a face and a heel. There are plenty of wrestlers in Tony Khan’s promotion who could make interesting rivals for Lashley.

Samoa Joe

The next big rival for Bobby Lashley could be Samoa Joe. Yes, he was also a part of the WWE. Back in 2017, he joined the promotion in January, where he was having a rivalry with Lashley. They were having an intense fight in which The Almighty defeated Samoa Joe by using a submission move. So, he can take a stand against Lashley in AEW, if Lashley joins the company.

The Young Bucks

The AEW World Tag team Champions (The Young Bucks) could be a fun rivalry for Bobby if he decides to join. The reason for this is quite simple they are the World Tag champions in the current time where they had defeated the tough contenders to win this title. Also, Lashley himself has beena part of some stables including The Hurt Business and more recently The Pride. Seeing him join a group or form a tag team to try for the title would be interesting.

 Kazuchika Okada

Kazuchika Okada is considered to be a very tough wrestler in the All Elite Wrestling. He is one of the trickiest wrestlers and could be a a great opponent for Bobby Lashley. Okada Is the AEW Continental Champion. He became the AEW Continental Champion in March 2024. He has the potential to oppose Lashley and have a sort of rivalry with him.

Chris Jericho

Jericho is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling. He was once one of the best wrestlers in the WWE before 2019. In 2019 he joined the newer promotion. In January, he was one of the few wrestlers to join there as AEW came into being back in 2019. Though he is older now, he is still doing his best to compete in AEW and is currently the FTW Champion.

Jeff Hardy

Hardy was a part of WWF in 1994 and stayed with the company as it transistioned to WWE. He was known for his high flying and death defying ladder jumps and top turnbuckle moves. Hardy is a well-loved wrestler and made multiple WWE returns, but has since remained with AEW.

Final Thoughts

Bobby Lashley has been a great and consistent wrestler for WWE. He was a WWE World Champion back on the 1 March 2021. No doubt he had a very amazing past in the WWE for years and years. He not only performed there he also performed in the MMA back in 2008.

Fans and enthusiasts try to share different sorts of statements and perspectives about him and his future. As fans believe he has the potential to perform better in different platforms. He could also perform much better at All Elite Wrestling. However, let’s see what sort of path Bobby Lashley takes and where he is going to take his career next.
