Jake Paul returned to the squared circle last night against Ryan Bourland. The bout featured as the co-main event for Serrano vs. Meinke at the Coliseo Jose Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Going into the fight, Jake Paul emerged as the heaviest favorite that he has ever been during his pro boxing career. Even though Ryan Bourland is the most experienced fighter that Paul has ever fought, ‘The Problem Child’ was expected to get the job done with relative ease.
That is exactly what happened on the night as well. ‘The Problem Child’ started off strongly and used his jab pretty well. He was able to establish control over the fight in just a short amount of time and continued to land body shots to keep Bourland at bay.
Ultimately, the pressure from Jake Paul was too much and Ryan Bourland had nothing in response. After a barrage of punches, the referee intervened and called off the fight, securing Paul a TKO victory.
Interestingly, fans online don’t seem to be too impressed with Jake Paul’s performance. Instead, they have urged him to stop cherry-picking opponents who cannot fight. Take a look at some of the reactions below:

Jake Paul calls out Canelo Alvarez following his victory over Ryan Bourland
Jake Paul has shown a lot of interest in fighting Canelo Alvarez inside the squared circle over the years. While at one point it looked like an unlikely fight, with Paul becoming one of the biggest names in the sport of boxing, it looks like the fight might end up happening at some point. Following his first-round TKO victory over Ryan Bourland, Jake Paul called out Canelo Alvarez once again. He said: “Canelo, stop ducking, I know you want it. I’m repping Puerto Rico, you’re repping Mexico, so it’s Mexico vs Puerto Rico. I want Canelo. I’m the face of this sport. Who’s doing more for boxing than me?” Catch his comments below: https://twitter.com/betr/status/1764128789863248201 Read More: Jake Paul Claims He Is The “New” Floyd Mayweather In The Sport Of Boxing
