Tony Ferguson wants to fight Jake Paul in a boxing match
UFC lightweight Tony Ferguson is seemingly interested in a boxing matchup against Jake Paul. Ferguson is one of the most well-known UFC fighters in the world. At one point in his career, he was also undefeated in 12 straight fights between 2013 to 2019.
However, following his loss against Justin Gaethje in 2020, Tony Ferguson has lost six consecutive fights inside the octagon. Now, at the age of 40, it looks like Ferguson is done with MMA and wants to try his hands at boxing. During a recent appearance on the JAXXON Podcast, the UFC lightweight spoke about his desire of wanting to fight Jake Paul inside the squared circle and said:
“I’m going to be real with you, I’m calling out Jake. I’d love to fight you, dude. I don’t talk to too many people or call them out, but Jake is the one… I don’t give a f**k what Dana says. He knows already he don’t owe me sh*t and I don’t owe him nothing. I’ve done enough for this f**king company.”
