Sergio Ramos Is Available As A Free Agent Again After Leaving Sevilla 1 Year After Joining

The former Real Madrid and Sevilla legend Sergio Ramos has bid farewell to Sevilla once again after one year of joining the club. The Spanish center-back has proved over the years the relevance of anger and passion for playing football. His love for playing in La Liga has determined him as a true Spaniard.

After Ramos’s horrendous year at PSG, he decided to join his former club Sevilla, where he lacked the storm he used to create back when he was in Madrid. Now his decision to leave the club will tell a lot of stories about him leaving football for good or going to another league.

There is no doubt that Ramos was once called the “El Capitano” back when in Madrid days when he used to be the lone captain for Real Madrid. Although, winning many titles for the club and winning 4 Champions League for the club. He was also known for his fearsome and dead-end defense.

His presence in the squad also made many defenders tremble themselves as his expertise in slide tackle and aggressive defensive techniques has made him star of the Madrid’s eye. He has also won 3 International trophies for Spain which includes 1 World Cup and 2 European Cups.

Sergio Ramos’s tenure at the club has a lot to say about getting into the 14th spot. After playing 37 matches it didn’t help him to reach the mark where he wanted. Ramos will bid farewell to the club after winning the World Cup for Spain and also two European Championships.

The club gives the statement: “The club wishes to thank Sergio for the commitment, leadership, and dedication that he has demonstrated this season, and wishes him the best for future.” His presence in Sevilla before he went to Madrid in 2005 has carved him to be the best center-back football has ever seen.

Ramos has yet to make his decision on whether he will move to MLS or the Saudi League. He can either move to the league where he used to play with his mates. Sergio Ramos has rejected a Saudi move before so he could play in La Liga.

Can Sergio Ramos go Back to Real Madrid?

When Sergio Ramos was on the verge of Leaving Real Madrid he promised the club that he would be back. Ramos’s passion and loyalty to the club was never in doubt. He won four Champions League, four Club World Cups, three European Cups, five La Liga titles, two Copa Del Rey, and four Spanish Super Cups. Leaving the tally of 22 trophies for the club.

There is less probability for him to go back to his best club, although if he goes back he might face an issue with the bench problem. As there are many other defenders aboard in the squad, Ramos’s best decision might lie in going to the Saudi League or MLS. Ramos’s history with Cristiano Ronaldo and Benzema has been more brotherly.

He might listen to both of them and could go to Saudi League. Whereas, he could go back to his best playing form and win many trophies there. He might get more comfortable playing in an emerging league where he can use his experience to teach and execute his techniques to the young players.
