He moved directly for another maximum and aggregated the initial one in the first over in the second T20I. (Abhishek while batting with Travis Head in the IPL this year) There was no block problem in slam-bang batting; throughout the season he maintained a strike rate above 200.
Consistent Power-Hitting
Will Jacks, Jos Buttler, Phil Salt, and Rahmanullah Gurbaz are the only three top-order batsmen out of all the T20 format matches played since the year 2023 who have scored more than 100 sixes. This elite group demonstrates the mouthwatering raw power of these cricketers, who have once again asserted that they have the measure of the T20 format of the game.
The sixth batsman with 93 sixes is Abhishek Sharma as he takes the honor of being the best in six-hitting among Indian top-order players. Thus, Abhishek Sharma has created the perfect platform to taste the success and make the most of T20 international cricket. His ability to premeditate hitting the deep mid-wicket fence more often and his raw strength in scoring in the powerplay can be considered his strengths for the Indian side.
Such a beginning cannot be compromised, and fans and followers of cricket will be glad to watch more of such displays whenever the power play arrives in the future.
