Sacramento Kings Superstar Had Truly Historic 2023-2024 Season

The Sacramento Kings Domantas Sabonis had a regular season for the ages.

Sacramento Kings Power Forward Domantas Sabonis had a great 2023-2024 regular season and is the first player since Wilt Chamberlain during the 1967-68 season to have 1,500+ points 1,000+ rebounds 600+ assists in a season. Sabonis had a career year averaging 19.4 points per game, led the league in rebounds at 12.7 per game, and finished sixth in assists per game at just over eight. The Sacramento Kings finished the regular season with a record of 46-36 which garnered the ninth seed in the Western Conference. Sacramento hosts the Golden State Warriors tonight for an opportunity to play the loser of the other play-in game between the Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans.

The Sacramento Kings have a tough road ahead of them in order just to make the NBA Playoffs. In addition, the Kings are playing their worst basketball of the year at the most inopportune of times. They dropped five of their final seven regular-season games.

Sacramento has a chance to avenge a game seven home playoff loss against the Warriors, and possibly break up the championship trio of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.
