Roman Reigns Faces Big Defeat Before War Games: The Loss Of Jey Uso

Roman Reigns

Jey Uso, who has now joined the Bloodline of Roman Reigns is going against Solo Sikoa’s version of Bloodline and for that purpose, he clashed against Jacob Fatu in this week’s SmackDown. To help the members of the Bloodlines, the other members got out and wanted to help them but they were stopped at the beginning.

The General Manager of SmackDown, Nick Aldes, intervened and did not allow the members of both The New and Original Bloodlines to be near the ring during the fight. This week’s SmackDown was very important because it determined who would be the most dominant at the upcoming War Games.

Jacob Fatu-Jey Uso

Both wrestlers were full of energy to begin the fight. But before the clash, Jey and Fatu had a long faceoff as they met each other in the ring. Soon, the match started, as Jacob Fatu initiated the fight and began to dominate it. Fatu immediately proved his point by easily picking Jey up and throwing him down with ease. The shoulder of Jey Uso though seemed like it was hurt badly. This was an opportunity for Jacob to keep up the dominance and he didn’t let that opportunity go, as he dominated most of the fight after that. Jey tried to stage a comeback but soon Jacob recovered quickly and proved why he is the enforcer of Solo Sikoa.

At the end of the event, it was clear that Jacob was going to win. As Fatu delivered the victory, the claim of the new Bloodline became stronger in SmackDown. The match was good and most importantly the physical performance of both wrestlers was amazing which kept the audience engaged and entertained. From the start, most of the fans understood the outcome. WWE is shaping it in the correct direction because in the history of WWE War Games the bad guys prevail most of the time. We cannot make the final decision as Roman Reigns is one of the greatest of all time for WWE.

Roman Reigns vs Bloodline At War Games

This SmackDown was the last episode before Saturday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view but it didn’t entirely come off as a hype show for the event. While major angles of the weekend received a great deal of time and exposure, there was some momentum building in the women’s division too. Some attention was also paid to the Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes rivalry that will produce a match at Saturday night’s main event in a month and a half.

Rhodes and his partnership with Hayes was amazing but on the other side, if we look at Nakamura and his partner Andrade, their performance was the main focus of the event. The wrestling aspect of Nakamura was great but his return to the ring was big. Seeing his old attitude had WWE fans happy to see him back.

Final Thoughts

Although the match between Jey Uso and Fatu was amazing, it is clear that WWE just wants to set the environment before the main Premier event happens this Saturday at War Games. On the other side, “The Wise Man” Paul Heyman has also returned but he has brought a fifth man with him and that is CM Punk.

WWE fans are also focusing on the relationship between CM Punk and Roman Reigns and how they will react to each other in the War Games. As we already know, Roman Reigns is not friends with CM Punk as he is with the Uso brothers and Sami Zayn, but they are together because of Paul Heyman. Most importantly, they also had some serious tensions before this.
