With a Popularity record of 12-0-1 and four KOs, Robert Terry is now spanning toward the biggest fight of his career. He will fight against 13-0, 10 KOs Andreas Katzourakis on Friday, August 30 at Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta Georgia. This fight is the semifinal fight given that taking place at the OTX 154-pound tournament, things are always not easy.
It also helps him win a $100,000 bonus, a promo with Overtime Boxing that is associated with the great promotion on DAZN and social platforms, and become the mandatory challenger for the WBC international title. This title will be fought on the 22nd of November in Paris between the contender, Bakary Samake, and the challenger, Wade Ryan.

Robert Terry, who is 31 years old and hails from Jersey City, New Jersey, this fight is going to be more motivational for his life and his career. While addressing the upcoming event he stated;
It’s definitely more motivation, he said. I just need to stay consistent and keep doing what I’ve been doing. Once I get going, that’s going to be it for me.
Robert Terry has not only shown that he is a homegrown talent when he scored a decisive victory against the tough Mexican, Estevan Villalobos in May’s tournament opener. That fight proved that he is capable of going ten rounds and that he is ready for higher-level competition. However, his next opponent, Katzourakis, is just as strong a contender. The current 26-year-old Greek fighter training in Los Angeles also moved up in the division in his previous fight, getting a majority decision victory against Kudratillo Abdukakhorov.
Sparring and Strategy
For Robert Terry to prepare for this challenging fight, he has been sparring with super middleweight contender Sergiy Derevyanchenko in Brooklyn. Terry acknowledges the toughness of his opponent, saying;
I think he’s good, it’ll be a good challenge. He comes forward, I think he’ll be aggressive.
Rooney who once fought as a professional also described the other fighter, Katzourakis as a pressure fighter. He is famous for his tendency to stand close and throw big bombs. But Rooney helps Terry counterpuncher and reflex he adds that the opponent will miss and Robert Terry will punish him for it. When trying this fight the crowd may get a special bonus to watch – Lester Green also known as Beetlejuice from The Howard Stern Show who is in Rooney’s trained roster of fighters.
