As things stand, the title race this season seems to be between three horses Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City. However, knowing exactly who will get hold of the title is not yet known. Peter Crouch, a former Tottenham star has made some predictions which might be significant in knowing who will clinch the title. He has predicted that Jurgen Klopp’s side will win the premier league this season.
What Did Peter Crouch Say Exactly?
During the Hawksbee and Jacobs show, the former England international stated “I said that Liverpool would win the league at the start of the season and I believe plenty of people will say it a bias and that they are probably right.”
“Arsenal on the other hand have played themselves back into the conversation. Man City would be many people’s darling in the race. But when you look at the bigger picture, Arsenal has put themselves back in the mix at the moment.” He said.
“Despite the ongoing pressure, I will stick with Liverpool. I still believe they can do it.” He added.
Who is Peter Crouch?
Pete Crouch is a professional English football. He has been playing since his childhood and has played for some outstanding clubs such as Liverpool, Stoke City, Tottenham and England.
He was born on 30th January 1981 and later his parents moved to Singapore when he was just one year old. The family stayed in Singapore for three years before moving around more. He played for the boys club West Middlesex Colts.
Surprisingly, he even turned down offers from clubs such as Chelsea and Millwall. Instead, he joined Queen Park Rangers. At just 10 years old, he also served as a ball boy at Stamford Bridge.

During his youthful career, he played for Queens Park, Brentford, and Tottenham Hotspur. He signed a professional contract but got loaned at Dulwich Hamlet. He made his appearance for the International level against Columbia. It was the team’s tour to the United States in 2005.
When Did Peter Crouch Get to the Limelight?
Crouch joined Tottenham Hotspur on 2nd July 1998. Unfortunately, he did not make an appearance for the team for two years. He was later loaned out to other clubs, so that can be considered the lowest phase in his career.
