The Test is part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023–25. Added excitement comes in the form of the fact that these two teams are fighting it out for crucial points. With this series being so important, the move by PCB to offer free entry is brilliant to get more fans in the stands.

This was decided by the board to attract more families and students to come and view the matches during the weekend. They want to see the stadium packed with cheering, supporting people who can hoot for their teams and enjoy live cricket action. This means that all spectators must bring along an original CNIC or B-form with them to be allowed entry. That will ensure smoothness and hassle-free procedure at the gates leading to the stadium.

Free Entry Covers VIP and Premium Areas

The game can be viewed free of charge from many identified viewpoints. VIP enclosures, named after the cricket legends Imran Khan and Javed Miandad, are exclusively held for families. Free spots of the premium enclosures include Miran Baksh, Shoaib Akhtar, Sohail Tanvir, and Yasir Arafat.

This also means that free entry does not apply to tickets purchased for the PCB Gallery or Platinum Box. However, those who bought tickets for the last two days will be refunded. Tickets purchased online will be automatically returned to the credit or debit cards used.

Free Entry and Refunds Aim to Fill Stadium with Fans

The PCB has assured that there will be a complete refund to all those who have bought tickets for the last two days. If you bought your tickets online, then there isn’t much you need to worry about regarding the process of refunding; it will get processed automatically. This will probably increase attendance and make the stadium fully vibrant. The cricket fans will get the opportunity to watch high-quality Test cricket without any cost at all, which certainly would serve as a promotion for the game and also help in engaging the community.

The bottom line is that the PCB’s decision to offer free entry to the remainder of the first Test is an opportunity to make the stadium full of energy and enthusiasm. It is a great opportunity to show enthusiasm and cheer the teams for cricket enthusiasts, absolutely free.
