New Zealand confirms busy schedule

New Zealand

New Zealand is looking forward to a tough summer this time as they are going against two great cricket teams, and they have already decided that they will play against Pakistan and Sri Lanka shortly. The team has announced they will be hosting a white-ball cricket series against the two nations this summer. The ICC World Test Championship is already announced and scheduled.

These matches are added to the plan that they have already made before deciding to play against Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Health and opportunity are as important for women as they are for men. New Zealand has announced the matches for both women to be held shortly. And the governing bodies will ensure that this can safely happen without putting too much strain on any of the athletes. Both the men’s and women’s teams shared their upcoming summer schedules on Wednesday.

Men’s and women’s cricket team schedules

They will be playing the test matches before the ICC Championship Trophy is held in Pakistan or other places, if decided in the meeting. They will be playing international matches from late November until early April, and they will face different teams from different countries that will be exciting to watch.

The Test Championship is a match where there are three matches in each set. The three-match World Test Championship series against England starts in Christchurch on November 28. In addition, New Zealand will play a white-ball series against Sri Lanka before and after the New Year, followed by eight more white-ball games against Pakistan beginning in mid-March.

New Zealand matches against different countries

New Zealand’s men’s team has a packed match coming right next. Besides the series mentioned. New Zealand not unlike other countries has already confirmed most of the matches. Besides having three matches of a test series with the Aussies team and a Sri Lankan team they have also planned a tri-series with South Africa and Pakistan in February.

Meetings are going on and upcoming on the Decision whether Pakistan will host the ICC Champions Trophy in its entirety in its home country or not. India is opposing the decision made by the officials, which has led to one other grand meeting. This might result in a decision that will result in the participation of other countries hosting the ICC Champions Trophy like Dubai and other hosts. So, New Zealand will be playing against Pakistan right before the ICC Champions Trophy in Pakistan.

28th November in Christchurch

The White Ferns are set to play six matches against Sri Lanka in March, amidst their games against Australia. One of the exciting aspects of the announced fixtures is the inclusion of doubleheaders at many venues.
