New York has World Series aspirations in 2025. They cemented their intentions to win by signing Right Fielder Juan Soto the largest contract in league history this offseason. The Mets have gotten off to a sluggish start on offense this year. They are 21st in batting average, 19th in home runs, and 14th in runs scored. The New York Mets must get better production on offense to reach its full potential. New York is still 8-3 this season.
