The Gunners will host a dangerous PSG side. Arsenal is still going to be without their talisman Martin Odegaard and also without their new signing Mikel Merino. Arteta will be planning on using the best of his squad against PSG and hope to avoid further injuries.

Arteta was unable to give much answer on the issue of his players’ fitness. But he however believes as time goes by, there’ll be more information on whoever is available or not. The Spaniard said: “No news, we have a training session this afternoon and we have to review a few players, but overall, especially [anyone] returning, there’s nothing to give back.”
He continued on the state of Calafiori and Ben White’s fitness. And he said: “Those are the two players that are in contention and we have to review today. We didn’t do any training sessions yesterday, [Riccardo] was a bit emotional after the game, so let’s see how he is today.”

The Spaniard also spoke about the anticipation of their first home game in this year’s Champions League. And he said: “Everybody is looking forward to it. We missed it for several years, and last year was the first one after so many years that we had the experience to do it. The group stage is a bit different this season and the opposition we are going to face tomorrow is probably at the highest level that you can face in European football. But honestly, it’s a good opportunity for us to see how we deal with these nights, how prepared we are, and how we can impose ourselves in this kind of context.”
