Miami Dolphins Ranked #1 On NFLPA Team Report Cards

Miami Dolphins

Each year, the NFLPA releases its ranking of all 32 teams on a host of different factors including quality of locker room, team travel, and ownership. For the second consecutive season, the Miami Dolphins topped the league in this annual survey.

Miami was voted the best team in the league in multiple categories. They were atop the league in the food/dining area, training room, training staff, weight room, strength coaches, team travel, and ownership. Miami received an A in each of the categories in this survey. Will this vote lead to success on the field for the Miami Dolphins?

Miami Dolphins Season Summary

It was a disappointing regular season for the Dolphins. They finished 8-9 and missed the NFL Playoffs after qualifying the previous two seasons. The issue for the Dolphins was the health of Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. He was limited to 11 games and while playing well, was not healthy enough for the team to be a threat in the AFC.

Miami’s great rankings across the board on the NFLPA Team Report Cards 2025 came in handy as the team traveled the second-most miles in the NFL during the 2024-25 regular season. Their season included lengthy trips to play the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, and the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving as part of a short week.

Final Thoughts

These rankings, coupled with the tremendous climate, will make the Miami Dolphins an attractive destination for free agents this offseason. Miami already has a talented roster that will be a playoff threat in 2025. Their travel does get much easier next season when the Dolphins play the NFL’s first-ever game in Spain. Miami will look to maintain its standing as the gold-standard NFL franchise and experience greater success on the gridiron.
