The Champions Trophy is scheduled to be held in Pakistan next year. We will have the for the preparation for Champions Trophy.  We can prepare ourselves best to win this trophy and bring the trophy back home.

While the draft schedule has been submitted to the ICC, the BCCI has not yet given its very last approval. It is thought that the BCCI will push for a ‘Hybrid Model,’ similar to the one used for the 2023 ODI Asia Cup, where India played all its matches in Sri Lanka.

Jay Shah’s message is in addition to any speculations about Rohit Sharma quitting his management roles in a different format. Until Rohit decides to retire, India will keep with a cut-up captaincy role. Rohit will lead in ODIs and Tests, while Hardik Pandya is anticipated to take the rate of the T20 team. As Rohit just retired from T20I. however, he is available for other formats.

Reflecting on India’s adventure, Shah dedicated the T20 World Cup victory to the outgoing trainer Rahul Dravid, in addition to to key gamers Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Ravindra Jadeja. He added:

I need to devote this victory to instructor Rahul Dravid, captain Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Ravindra Jadeja.

A New Era of Indian Cricket

Rohit, Kohli, and Jadeja are expected to go back for the ODI collection in opposition to Sri Lanka in August. India will play six ODIs in total: three against Sri Lanka in an away series and three domestically against England in early February before the Champions Trophy. With Rohit at the helm, the squad targets to build on their latest successes and achieve even more heights. Shad happily said:

We missed the WTC final in June 2023. In November 2023, we won hearts after 10 wins but could not win the Cup. I had said in Rajkot that we would win the coronary heart and additionally the Cup on June 24, and our captain raised the Indian flag.
