Former Manchester United ‘Claimed’ Prodigy Loaned out from Sevilla

Manchester United

Manchester United has been known to generate world-class talent over the years. This has helped the team attain successful heights in the time pass. They’ve also coached young players brought from different clubs to success.  All this was common during the era of Sir Alex Ferguson. However, a lot has happened to the club ever since their legendary coach left 11 years back. The development of young talent hadn’t stopped when Ferguson left, but its results diminished.

The outcome wasn’t as potent as during the Ferguson era. And also United struggled as a team during that period. It has been the same 11 years since they last won the league. Coaches have come and gone. Now their new structure is looking to reinforce the young talents in the team. Players like Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho, Amad, and the like have stemmed up. Despite all this, there has been an old known wonder-kid who failed to find his feat after Ferguson’s departure. As it stands the 29-year-old is heading for Las Palmas to establish himself.

Las Palmas have sealed the signature of Ex-Manchester United star Adnan Januzaj. They’ve secured an important key transfer for their team ahead of the new season.  However, the signing was a loan. Adnan Januzaj will be arriving in Las Palmas on loan for the 2024/25 season. The Canarians have pushing and trying their best to bring Januzaj to their team since June. The beginning of June started with them showing strong interest in him.

Januzaj’s career had experienced a serious break at Sevilla lately. The Forward has failed to net a single goal since 2022, when he first joined them. Moreover, he was at a Turkish side Başakşehir in the 2022/23 season on loan. On returning he failed to impress in Sevilla. Therefore, this is what has pushed them to consider loaning him.

Januzaj Deal with Sevilla

His contract at Sevilla will end in 2026. This is without room for any form of extension of the current deal at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. Already he is heading towards Las Palmas, and that might be his redemption. There is no buy-out clause in the loan contract with Las Palmas. However, Las Palmas are keeping their options wide open. It’s likely a double-faced win situation for them. Januzaj might be joined by the Scottish international Oli McBurnie. The few days to come will determine the outcome of the transfer. Las Palmas is looking to secure a free deal.

Manchester United Transfers So far

Manchester United have made two intriguing signings this summer. The Red Devils have secured an 18-year-old French international from Lille, Leny Yoro. The Young Center back was secured for a fee of €50 million. After his signing the Manchester Club has already integrated the 18-year-old into their team. The boy started in their 2nil win over Rangers and showed to be impressive.

United also secured the signing of Dutch forward Joshua Zirkzee. The Dutchman from Bologna was bought for a fee of €42.5 million. However, he hasn’t joined the squad yet as he partook in the Euros. Zirkzee is on vacation along with other Dutch players. Manchester United haven’t stopped their dealings in the Transfer window. As it stands they look to sign other quality players. They’ve had their eyes on two Midfielders in the name Martin Zubimendi, and Manuel Ugarte. However, as time elapses the outcome of the deals will be resolved.
