The Florida Panthers are gearing up for the regular season.

The Florida Panthers played their last preseason game Saturday night against the Los Angeles Kings in Quebec, Canada. The Panthers finished 5-3 in the preseason, and the Kings finished 4-1-1. The regular season officially starts for the Florida Panthers on Tuesday, October 8, against the Boston Bruins. The Los Angeles Kings will open their season on October 10 against the Buffalo Sabres.

The Florida Panthers beat the Kings 4-2 for each team’s final game before the regular season. The Florida Panthers had mostly their starters play in this last preseason game. This will help the Panthers decide on the final roster as the season approaches. The Florida Panthers took on the Los Angeles Kings in Quebec Saturday night. The Panthers won 4-2. The goal scorers for the Panthers were Alexsander Barkov, Anton Lundell in the first period and then Forward Jonah Gadjovich scored two goals to make the final score 4-2. Aaron Ekblad led the team with three assists and was the second star of the game.
