In 2020, Italy shocked the world, as no one expected them to come out on top and win the UEFA Euro 2020. They compete against the defending champions. While some players who played have retired, they have young stars who are hungry to prove themselves to their nations. They have a hunger for trophies, and yeah, they will give their best.

Their defensive solidity is a cornerstone that remains hard for the attackers to crack. Although their squad does not have stars, we cannot count them out. Their road to defending the title will not be easy but with their determination and luck, they might just bring it home again.

Germany is the host and their hunger for redemption gives them an upper hand in the competition as they are on their home soil. In recent times, Germany has been underperforming, and this Euro offers a stage for them to propel them to exceptional heights. The home fans will be cheering them on and probably intimidating the opponents.

With young players like Jamal Musiala and veteran midfielder Toni Kroos, who will be playing in his last competition, they are one of the favorite contenders for the title. Their squad has seasoned players who can deliver, and their coach, Nagelsmann, is sure to guide them to the coveted glory.

Portugal won the title back in 2016, and they have experience winning titles, Players like Bernardo Silva, who has just won his fourth Premier League title, and Bruno Fernandes, who just won the FA Cup, will be looking to win this title. Ronaldo will be leading his national team, and this might be his last Euro to play.

World stars like Kylian Mbappe, Antonio Griezmann, Coman, Camavinga, and Mendy, the list goes on and on. They have what it takes to lift this trophy, each position has a world-class talent.

After losing out in the World Cup finals to Argentina, France will be fighting hard to claim this title. Didier Deschamps, their seasoned coach, will be looking to guide this French team to glory. I mean if it is not France in the final of the Euros, there will be a problem with this team.

England is the other big giant in the Euros. They boost a youthful squad that is both experienced and talented (world-class). Manager Southgate is probably having a headache about who he should include in his team. Last time in 2020, they lost to Italy in penalties, and this time around they come in strong.

The three Lions are strongly expected to be in the finals with France. With players like Bellingham, Foden, and Rice, they are destined for the trophies this time. As the famous chant goes It is coming home, it might be coming home this time.

While it is unpredictable who will win the coveted Euros in 2024, these teams have the highest odds of taking home the trophy. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
